  • In order to further improve the level of coal mine intelligent application technology and truly realize the goal of intelligent unmanned mining in coal mine, through in-depth analysis of the current status of intelligent development of coal mines from home and abroad, it is pointed out that the traditional "equipment + intelligence" mode, which is based on intelligent single equipment and simple superposition of intelligent technology, no longer meets the high-quality development needs of intelligent coal mines. In response to meet the new requirements of intelligent development and construction in future coal mines, the "intelligent + equipment" mode was proposed innovatively, and the intelligent functions such as intelligent perception, intelligent recognition, intelligent early warning, intelligent decision-making, intelligent diagnosis, intelligent voice, intelligent control (including digital coal cutting) etc.are defined under the mode, and the equipment is proposed as the intelligent function carrier to explore and study the "intelligent + equipment" mode, how to realize the interconnection of various intelligent functions, and achieve the coordination and unified control of various systems to reach unified management, implement intelligent collaboration and integration control functions of various equipment in the work surface, and create intelligent intelligence based on process intelligence mining new mode.The research results show that the "intelligent + equipment" synergistic mode is the technical guarantee of comprehensive mining intelligent unmanned mining, and has important guiding significance for the development direction of coal mines.
