Research status and prospect of intelligent management and control of coal mine gas extraction system

  • Intelligent control of coal mine gas extraction system is an inevitable requirement to realize intelligent, efficient and accurate gas extraction. At present, the gas extraction system has some problems, such as low automation, untimely fault identification and extensive management. In order to promote the development of intelligent management and control theory and technology of coal mine gas extraction system, the concept and characteristics of intelligent management and control of gas extraction system are summarized, and it is proposed that the intelligent management and control system of gas extraction system consists of three dimensions: function, technology and target, and is composed of five interrelated modules: information perception, data transmission, fusion analysis, application platform and remote control. The latest research progress of intelligent control theory, technology and equipment of coal mine gas extraction system is summarized from the aspects of gas extraction pipe network solution and control strategy, automatic fault diagnosis of gas extraction pipe network, intelligent control of gas extraction pipe network, automatic evaluation of gas extraction effect, etc. Based on this, the future development trend is proposed: Big data mining, deep learning and other technologies should be used to develop the optimization model of multi-information fusion of gas extraction system, and optimize the fault classification and identification of pumping pipe network and the system regulation model. To improve the monitoring automation of pumping pump stations, pumping pipelines and auxiliary equipment, and develop lightweight, integrated and intelligent sensors; Digital twin, 3D modeling and other technologies should be used to build a visual control model of mine gas extraction system, and digital, visual and graphical control should be carried out. Image recognition, automatic control and other technologies will be used to break through the multi-link barriers of gas extraction system monitoring, and the intelligent control platform of the whole process of gas extraction system will be developed. The mutual feeding mechanism of above-ground gas utilization and underground extraction should be studied, and the intelligent management and control of regional gas extraction pipe network should be tried. To explore the coupling mechanism of gas extraction and multi-disaster, develop multi-disaster sensing and prevention modules of extraction system management and control, the leap from single-system intelligence to multi-system intelligence should be realized.
