基于风量调节的高瓦斯易自燃矿井火灾与瓦斯治理

摘要: 针对大兴煤矿综放工作面采空区煤易自燃、瓦斯易超限的问题,分析了采空区自燃三带宽度随风量的变化趋势及风量对煤自燃及瓦斯浓度的影响关系,提出了增风控瓦斯和减风控火的耦合分析方法,计算结果表明,进风量应选择1 200~1 400 m3/min,并提出了以注氮为主的防灭火措施及瓦斯抽采措施。现场实践表明:基于风量调节的防灭火和瓦斯抽采措施既有利于瓦斯治理与利用,也能防止采空区煤自燃。Abstract: According to the easy spontaneous combustion and gas overlimit problems of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in Daxing Mine, the pape r analyzed the variation tendency of the spontaneous combustion three zone depth of the goaf with the ventilation quantity and the ventilation quantity affected to the sp ontaneous combustion and gas concentration.The paper provided the coupling analysis on the increasing ventilation to control gas and the reducing ventilation to contr ol the mine fire.The analysis and calculation results showed that the incoming ventilation quantity could be selected within 1 200 ~ 1 400 m3/ min and the mine fire prev ention and control measures mainly with nitrogen injection and the gas drainage measures were provided.The site practices showed that the fire prevention and control measures and the gas drainage measures based on the ventilation quantity adjustment could be favorable to the gas control and gas uillization and could avoid the spo ntaneous combustion of the goaf.
