小回沟井田煤与煤层气共采模式研究

Study on coal and coalbed methane joint mining model in Xiaohuigou Minefield

  • 摘要: 基于当前煤层气矿权与煤炭矿权大面积重叠的条件下,以小回沟井田煤层气地面开发方案为例,通过数值模拟的手段,研究了利用煤层气地面抽采技术对高瓦斯矿井采煤工作面瓦斯治理的效果;在探讨了煤炭与煤层气生产企业间优势互补而共采的基础上;评价了合作共采煤层气与煤的经济指标。综合研究结果表明,遵循煤矿采掘接替关系并借助煤矿企业的成熟有利条件,在高瓦斯煤矿区地面抽采煤层气,既能降低煤矿瓦斯事故风险、提高煤炭生产效益,又能确保煤层气开发的基本效益,从而达到煤炭与煤层气共采的目的,扭转当前煤炭与煤层气企业的对立局面。

     

    Abstract: Based on large area overlapped conditions of present coalbed methane mining royalty and coal mining royalty,taking surface development plan of coalbed methane in Xiaohuigou Minefield as an example,numerical simulation means was applied to study on gas control effect of coal mining face in high gassy mine with the appl ication of coalbed methane surface drainage technology. The paper discussed the basis on complementary advantages and joint mining of coal and coalbed methane. The economic indexes related to cooperation joint mining of coalbed methane were evaluated. The comprehensive study results showed that based on alternated relationship b etween mining and excavation in the mine and in reference to statured favorable conductions of coal mine enterprise,the surface coalbed methane drainage in the high gas sy mining area could reduce the gas accident risks of mine,could improve coal mining efficiency and could ensure basic profits of coalbed methane development. Thus coal and coalbed methane joint mining could be realized and counterpoised situation between coal and coalbed methane enterprises could be changed.
