M-BUS总线在矿井监测系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of M- BUS to Mine Monitoring and Measuring System

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下部分监测系统应用的RS-485总线传输技术存在通信效率低、通信易瘫痪等问题,自主设计了符合M-BUS总线标准的主机M-BUS收发电路和基于TSS721芯片的从机MBUS收发电路,并对收发信号进行了波形分析试验,证明了本设计方案的可行性、适用性及数据传输可靠性。主机、从机M-BUS收发电路在煤矿井下监测系统中的应用可完成分站与传感器之间的通信。该收发电路也可适应于其他相关的监测系统,为研究监测系统的主从上下级之间通信提供了思路。

     

    Abstract: According to low communication efficiency, communication out off order and other problems existed in RS- 485 bus transmission technology applied to th e partial monitoring and measuring system in underground mine, M- BUS receiving and transmission circuit of the master computer met with the M- BUS standard and M- BUS receiving and transmission circuit of the master- slave computer based on TSS721 chip were designed independently. A waveform analysis and experiment wer e conducted on the received and transmitted signals. The feasibility, practices, suitability and data transmission relibility of the design were approved. The application 0 n M- BUS receiving and transmission circuits of the master computer and the master- slave computer to the monitoring and measuring system in underground mine, whi ch could complete the communication between the substation and sensor. The design also could be suitable to other related monitoring and measuring systems and Co uld provide idea to study the communication between the up and down levels of the master and slave computers in the other monitoring and measuring systems.
