整合矿井采空区内掘进巷道围岩加固支护技术

Surrounding Rock Reinforcement Technology of Driving Gateway in Goaf of Integrated Mine

  • 摘要: 针对整合矿井复采前巷道掘进极易揭露采空区的问题,在理论分析、数值模拟和矿压观测的基础上,根据掘进巷道遇到高冒区和空巷的不同情况采用锚杆、锚索网与料石墙工字钢棚多种联合支护技术手段对采空区内掘进巷道进行围岩加固支护,解决了整合矿井采空区内掘进巷道围岩覆岩强度较低、自承载结构能力差的围岩控制技术难题。实践表明,该加固支护技术有效保证了采空区内巷道围岩稳定,两帮移近量118~141 mm,顶底板移近量123~133 mm。

     

    Abstract: According to thegateway driving easy to reveal the goaf problem before the reproduction of the integrated mine,based on the theoretical analysis numeri cal simulation and mine strata pressure observation and based on the high falling zone met during the gateway driving and the different conditions of the empty gatewa y,the bolt,anchor/steel mesh and stone brick lined H type steel shield support multi layers combined support technical means were applied to the reinforced support of t he surrounding rock in and along the driving gateway in the goaf,to solve the surrounding rock control technology with poor overburden strata strength in the goaf and p oor self loading structure.The practices showed that the reinforced support technology could effectively ensure the surrounding rock stability of the gateway,the converg ence of the two sidewalls was 118141 mm and the roof and floor convergence was 123 33 mm.
