超深矿井软岩巷道锚网索耦合支护技术

Bolt/steel mesh/anchor coupling support technology of soft rock roadway in ultra deep mine

  • 摘要: 针对星村煤矿埋深超过1 200 m的巷道围岩出现的大变形破坏问题,综合运用现场调研、室内测试和数值分析等方法对其破坏机理及稳定性控制技术进行了研究。分析得出巷道埋深大、地应力水平高以及铝质泥岩遇水膨胀等是巷道产生大变形破坏的原因,特别是底鼓严重的主要原因;同时指出,对称布置下开放式底板的原支护形式是造成高水平构造应力作用下巷道出现非对称大变形破坏的另一关键因素。根据现场工程地质条件分析,结合耦合支护理念,提出了复合托盘+锚网喷+关键部位锚索+底角锚管的非对称耦合支护技术,数值模拟结果显示新支护能够和巷道围岩实现耦合作用,大幅提高了巷道承载能力,并进行了现场工程应用,监测结果表明新技术对深井巷道围岩大变形控制效果良好。

     

    Abstract: According to large deformation failure problems occurred in surrounding rock of mine roadway with a depth over 1 200 m in Xingcun Mine ,site survey,indoor test,numerical analysis and other method were comprehensively applied to study on failure mechanism and stability control technology. The analysis showed that the deep depth of mine roadway,high geostress level,aluminous mudstone swelling with water and others would be major causes to have large deformation failure occurred in the mi ne roadway and to have the floor heave.Meanwhile ,the previous support method of open floor under the symmetrical layout would be anther key factor to cause unsymmetr ical large deformation failures occurred in the mine roadway under the high level structure stress. According to the analysis on the site engineering geological conditions,in combination with the coupling support conception,an unsymmetrical coupling support technology with the composite pallet + bolt 1 steel mesh 1 shotcrete + anchor in key lo cation + anchor pipe in floor corner was provided. The numerical simulation results showed that new support technology could realize the coupling role with the surroundin g rock of the mine roadway and could highly improve the loading capacity of the mine roadway.
