聚羧酸减水剂在低阶煤制浆中的分散机理研究

摘要: 为了探索聚羧酸减水剂对低阶煤制水煤浆的分散作用以及作用机理,采用聚羧酸减水剂对鄂尔多斯地区3个矿区低阶煤成浆性能进行了研究,利用黏度计、紫外-可见分光光度计、Zeta电位仪检测了不同掺量聚羧酸减水剂的水煤浆的浓度、黏度、在煤表面的吸附量以及对煤表面Zeta电位的影响。结果表明,聚羧酸减水剂具有良好的分散性能,水煤浆浓度可提高20%,到达饱和掺量前,减水剂掺量与浆体浓度、黏度、吸附量和Zeta电位高度相关,超过饱和掺量,浆体浓度不再增加,并出现反向吸附现象。红外光谱显示,聚羧酸减水剂具有较多活性吸附点,有能起到空间排斥作用的支链,其作用机理是静电斥力和立体位阻,且分散作用与煤质有关。Abstract: in order to explore the dispersing effect of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on low rank coal water slurry and its mechanism, the coal water slurry properties of low rank coal from three mining areas in Erdos Area were studied.The effect of the different dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on concentration, viscosity, adsorption on coal surface and the influence on coal surface Zeta potential were analyzed by viscometer, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and Zeta potential instrument. The results show that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer has good dispersion property, the concentration of coal water slurry of coal can increase by 20%.Before reaching the saturation dosage of the superplasticizer, the dosage of superplasticizer and slurry concentration, viscosity, adsorption and Zeta potential are highly correlated. After exceeding the saturation dosage, the slurry concentration is not increased, and the phenomenon of reverse adsorption happens. The infrared spectrum results show that polycarboxylate superplasticizer has more active points and its branch has the role of space exclusion. Its mechanism is electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance, and dispersion is related to coal quality.
