井底煤仓二次锚网索支护加固技术

Technology of Secondary Support and Reinforcement with Bolt/Mesh/Cable in Underground Shaft Bunker

  • 摘要: 针对陈家山煤矿井下煤仓频繁破坏、返修困难的实际情况,详细评估了煤仓围岩状况和支护现状,深入剖析了早期加固修复方案的技术特点和缺陷,得出煤仓失稳破坏的主要原因为围岩体整体强度较低、围岩支承压力大、煤仓断面成型较差以及围岩自承载能力和碹体支护难以充分发挥作用等4个方面。进而有针对性地采用二次锚网索支护技术,即一次支护采用锚网支护,在浅部围岩中形成支护承载结构,控制浅部围岩变形;二次支护采用锚索补强加固,将一次支护形成的支护承载结构通过锚索固定在深部围岩中,以提高围岩稳定性。与早期修护方案相比,采用二次支护技术可缩短施工工期,并显著降低支护和维护成本。

     

    Abstract: According to the frequent damage and repair of coal bunker in Chenjiashan Mine, the authors evaluated the surrounding rock and support status, analyz ed the features and shortcomings of previous reinforcement scheme, and sumed up four influencing factors for bunker failure, including the low strength of surrounding rock, the high abutment pressure of surrounding rock, the poor quality of coal bunker section configuration, and the low self-bearing structure ability and bad support of arch-lining.The authors put forward secondary support plan with bolt/mesh/cable, that is to say, in order to control shallow depth rock deformation, primary support with roof bolting with wire mesh was used.The secondary support with cables support was used to improve the rock strength through support bearing structure formed by firs t support with calbes fixed in deep rock.In comparison with previous support plan, the secondary support could improve the stability of surrounding rock, which not only could reduce the support cost, but also shorten the construction period.
