我国煤与瓦斯突出灾害发生机理与防治技术研究新进展

Recent advances on mechanism and prevention technology of coal and gas outburst disasters in China

  • 摘要: 煤与瓦斯突出是煤矿井下发生的一种矿井动力灾害,往往造成群死群伤事故,严重制约着煤矿安全高效生产。我国学者在煤与瓦斯突出防治方面开展了大量的研究和探索,为煤与瓦斯突出防治现场实践提供了理论依据和技术指导,取得了较为显著的成效。系统总结了我国煤与瓦斯突出发生机理、预测和防治技术等领域的重要成果,并论述了我国“十四五”期间取得的代表性创新成果。“地应力、瓦斯参数和煤岩体强度”多因素共同作用的综合作用假说在煤与瓦斯突出发生机理中占主导地位。煤与瓦斯突出预测从早期的单因素指标预测逐渐向多因素综合指标预测过渡。“十四五”期间,学者们研发了多种突出预测算法及模型,实现了突出预测从“经验驱动”到“数据驱动”的转变。基于诱导突出发生的主要因素,提出了突出煤层“卸−降−抗”联合防突技术体系,沿着该体系脉络系统性总结了我国学者在突出防治技术方面的创新性成果,分析了突出防治技术目前存在的问题。最后,针对深部突出煤层“三高一低、强扰动”防突难度大的问题,提出了煤与瓦斯突出发生机理、预测方法和防治技术未来的发展趋势和展望,以期提高我国煤与瓦斯突出防治理论水平和技术能力。

     

    Abstract: Coal and gas outburst is a kind of mine dynamic disaster that occurs in underground coal mines, often causing mass casualties and seriously restricting the safe and efficient production of coal mines. Chinese scholars have conducted extensive research and exploration in the prevention of coal and gas outburst, providing theoretical basis and technical guidance for on-site practice of coal and gas outburst prevention and control, and achieving remarkable results. This paper systematically summarizes the important achievements on the occurrence mechanism, prediction and prevention technology of coal and gas outburst in China, and discusses the representative innovative achievements made during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period. The comprehensive action hypothesis recognizingthe combined effect of “in-situ stress, gas parameters and coal and rock mass strength” plays a dominant role in the occurrence mechanism of coal and gas outburst. The prediction of coal and gas outburst has gradually upgradedfrom single-factor index to multi-factor comprehensive index. During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, scholars have developed a variety of outburst prediction algorithms and models, achieving a transformation from “experience-driven” to “data-driven” in outburst prediction. Based on the main factors inducing outburst occurrence, the “unloading, depressurization, resistance” combined prevention technologies for outburst coal seams are proposed. By this, the innovative achievements of Chinese scholars in outburst prevention and control technology are systematically summarized, and the current problems in outburst prevention and control technology are analyzed. Finally, to overcome the difficult issuesof preventing outburst in deep outburst coal seams characterized by“high geostress-gas pressure-temperature, low permeability, and strong disturbance”, the future development trends and prospects of the occurrence mechanism, prediction methods and prevention technologies of coal and gas outburst are proposed, with the aim of improving the theoretical level and technical capabilities of coal and gas outburst prevention in China.
