我国煤矿智能化技术十年发展与实践

Ten-year development and practice of coal mine intelligentization technology in China

  • 摘要: 煤矿智能化建设是顺应技术革命和产业变革,新一代信息技术与煤炭开发利用技术的深度融合应用,是煤炭产业升级转型和优质发展的必然选择。自2014年黄陵矿业建成了我国首个地面远程智能采煤工作面以来,逐步形成了薄煤层、中厚煤层、厚煤层综采及放顶煤智能化开采技术,由黄陵矿业推广应用至全国主力生产矿区,并形成了煤矿智能化开采理论技术装备与标准体系,煤矿智能化开采技术的整体突破带动了我国煤矿智能化发展。自2020年国家发展改革委员会等八部委印发了《关于加快煤矿智能化发展的指导意见》以来,我国煤炭行业进入以智能化开采带动其他核心技术突破的煤矿智能化时代,并形成包括信息基础设施、地质保障、开采、掘进、运输、通风与压风、供电与供排水、安全监测监控、经营管理、资源综合利用等煤矿智能技术,使我国煤炭开发技术水平得到跨越提升,推动煤矿建设向安全、高效、绿色、智能方向发展。随着煤矿智能化建设发展,煤矿建井技术装备研发滞后,与煤矿智能化发展不匹配、不协调,严重制约了我国优质煤炭资源的安全高效开发。研究基于煤矿建井阶段的智能化发展需求,提出了“智能化建井,建智能矿井”的定义与科学内涵,分析了建井面临基础理论研究薄弱、智能化建井装备研发滞后及工程技术突破难等问题;构建了智能化建井系统总体架构,研发了基于斜井敞开式全断面掘进机和竖井钻机“一钻完井”的智能化建井技术装备体系,并建成国内首个智能化建井技术示范工程。近10年的发展实践表明,我国煤矿智能化建设带动了煤矿行业的整体技术跃迁与高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: The intelligent construction of coal mines is in line with technological revolution and industrial transformation, and the deep integration and application of new generation information technology and coal development and utilization technology is an inevitable choice for the upgrading, transformation, and high-quality development of the coal industry.Since Huangling Mining established China’s first ground remote intelligent coal mining working face in 2014, intelligent mining technologies for thin coal seams, medium thick coal seams, thick coal seam comprehensive mining, and top coal caving have gradually been developed. These technologies have been promoted and applied by Huangling Mining to major production mining areas nationwide, and a theoretical, technical, equipment, and standard system for intelligent coal mining has been established; The overall breakthrough of intelligent mining technology in coal mines has driven the development of intelligent coal mines in China. Since the National Development and Reform Commission and eight other ministries issued the “Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Intelligent Coal Mines” in 2020, China’s coal industry has entered the era of intelligent coal mines driven by intelligent mining and breakthroughs in other core technologies, and has formed coal mine intelligent technologies including information infrastructure, geological support, mining, excavation, transportation, ventilation and air pressure, power supply and drainage, safety monitoring and control, operation and management, comprehensive resource utilization, etc., which has greatly improved the level of coal development technology in China and promoted the development of coal mine construction towards safe, efficient, green and intelligent direction.With the development of intelligent construction in coal mines, the research and development of mine construction technology and equipment lags behind, which is not matched or coordinated with the development of intelligent coal mines, seriously restricting the safe and efficient development of high-quality coal resources in China. Based on the intelligent development needs of the coal mine construction stage, the definition and scientific connotation of “intelligent well construction, intelligent mine construction” was proposed, and analyzed the problems faced by well construction, such as weak basic theoretical research, lagging research and development of intelligent well construction equipment, and difficult breakthroughs in engineering technology; We have constructed the overall architecture of an intelligent well construction system, developed an intelligent well construction technology equipment system based on the inclined shaft open full section tunneling machine and vertical shaft drilling rig “one drilling completion”, and built the first intelligent well construction technology demonstration project in China. The development practice of the past ten years has shown that the intelligent construction of coal mines in China has driven the overall technological leap and high-quality development of the coal mining industry.
