煤矿超长走向综放工作面远距离智能供液供电技术研究与应用

Research and application of remote intelligent fluid supply and power supply technology in coal mine super-long strike fully mechanized caving face

  • 摘要: 煤矿长走向工作面工况下,供液供电设备通常采取移动式回撤的方法来跟随工作面的开采,该生产方式具有移动列车设备数量多、不安全、动力电缆及管理混乱、铺设单轨吊或地轨工程量大等缺点,不利于实现煤矿安全生产及减人降耗的长远目标。基于目前综放工作面刮板输送机、乳化液泵站传统驱动及近距离供液供电方式存在的问题,研制大功率远距离输出高压防爆组合变频器和智能型远距离集成供液系统,实现工作面供电供液系统装备的优化配套及远距离供电供液输出已经迫在眉睫。整个项目分为前后部刮板输送机远距离变频驱动项目和智能型泵站集成系统远距离供液项目。前后部刮板输送机远距离变频驱动项目的研究为,新巨龙煤矿2305工作面采用2台BPJV-3×1600/3.3矿用隔爆兼本质安全型高压组合变频器,采用“一拖二”模式用于驱动机头、机尾两台1200 KW电动机,采用变频远距离供电技术实现刮板输送机电机的重载软启动。智能型泵站集成系统远距离供液项目为,采用高压大流量高可靠智能型乳化液泵站、喷雾泵站及自动配液和多级过滤系统的方案形成一个集成供液系统,该系统通过铺设长距离主供液管、主回液管、清水管路,将泵站系统放在距离工作面较远的硐室,形成了向各液压支架用液点供给高压乳化液、喷雾降尘冷却清水以及接收低压回液的一套管路供回液系统。该项目在新巨龙煤矿2305工作面的顺利实施,对国内冲击地压复杂地质条件下的大型煤矿新型工作面远距离供液、供电系统的设计作出了显著的引导和示范作用。该项目成果可显著降低综放工作面安全事故发生率,减少设备检修维护成本、降低设备机械磨损,提高设备使用寿命,提高系统可靠性,保证工作面设备的开机率。同时,能够实现煤矿工作面减人提效、安全生产、节能降耗的目标,对确保综放工作面的安全高产高效具有重要意义。与国内外同类技术比较,在电站拉移方式、供电供液距离、集中控制方式、检修时间、安撤周期等方面均由明显优势,可在同行业采煤工作面广泛推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Based on traditional scraper conveyor, emulsion pump drive of full-mechanized caving mining face and close for liquid supply problems, high-power output over a long distance high voltage explosion-proof composite transducer and intelligent integrated over a long distance for the hydraulic system, to achieve the optimal matching of equipment working power supply for the liquid system and long-distance power supply for the liquid output is imminent.The whole project is divided into long distance frequency conversion drive project of front and rear scraper conveyor and long distance liquid supply project of intelligent pump station integrated system.The research of the long distance frequency conversion drive project of the front and rear scraper conveyor is as follows: in the 2305 working face of XJulong Coal Mine, two sets of BPJV-3×1600/3.3 high-voltage combined frequency converters of mine flame-proof and intrinsical-safety are adopted, and the "one-tow-two" mode is used to drive two 1200 KW motors of the nose and tail.Using frequency conversion remote power supply technology to realize the heavy load soft start of scraper conveyor motor.Intelligent pumping station integrated system project for fluid for over a long distance, using high pressure large flow high reliable intelligent emulsion pump and spray pump station and automatic liquid and multi-stage filtration system for liquid form an integrated system, the use of long-distance liquid way is to put the pump station system for distance, face far cavern by laying long-distance Lord for fluid pipe, advocate the fluid pipe, water pipe,The system of supplying high pressure emulsion, spray dust cooling water and receiving low pressure return liquid to each hydraulic support liquid point.The project has been successfully implemented in 2305 working face of new julong coal mine, which has a significant guiding and demonstration effect on the design of long-distance liquid supply and power supply system of new working face of large coal mine under complex geological condition of rock burst in China.The results of the project can significantly reduce the incidence of safety accidents in fully mechanized caving face, reduce the cost of equipment overhaul and maintenance, reduce the mechanical wear of the equipment, improve the service life of the equipment, improve the reliability of the system, and ensure the opening probability of the equipment in the working face.At the same time, it is of great significance to achieve the goal of reducing personnel and improving efficiency, safe production, energy saving and consumption reduction in the coal mine working face, which is of great significance to ensure the safety, high yield and high efficiency of the fully mechanized caving working face.Compared with similar technology at home and abroad, it has obvious advantages in power station pulling mode, power supply liquid distance, centralized control mode, maintenance time, installation and withdrawal cycle, etc., which can be widely promoted and applied in the same industry coal mining face.
