Application of COMSOL Multiphysics to Pilot Detection Positive Evolution of Mine Resistivity

Based on the COMSOL Multiphysics, the paper had a description on the pilot detection positive evolution process of the mine roadway DC resistivity.Wit h the comparison analysis on the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation solution of the positive evolution and the theoretical value, the correctness and feasibility of the pilot detection positive evolution with mine roadway DC power with the application of COMSOL Multiphysics was verified.A pilot detection 3D ground electric model of the mi ne roadway was established.With the positive evolution simulation of the COMSOL Multiphysics, the shape and the extremum location of the mine pilot detection appar ent resistivity curve were studied when different shape abnormal mass was at the front of the mine roadway.The positive evolution results showed that in comparison wi th the three pole device, the two pole device would be more suitable to the pilot detection.Meanwhile the pilot detection would have a better detection effect of the sphe re abnormal mass than the plate shape abnormal mass.
