主客观组合赋权的TOPSIS-RSR注浆效果综合评价方法

Comprehensive evaluation of TOPSIS-RSR grouting effect based on subjective and objective combined weights

  • 摘要: 注浆效果评价是注浆防治水工程的重要环节之一。随着注浆技术手段的成熟,传统注浆效果评价方法主观性强、客观性不足导致评价结果偏离实际的缺陷日益显著。以山东省白庄煤矿8901工作面注浆工程作为背景,结合已有研究与现场经验,选取注浆终压、渗透系数、吸水率以及吨水干料数作为评价指标,建立了注浆效果综合评价体系;依据综合评价理论提出一种以层次分析法(AHP)结合CRITIC客观赋权法的主客观综合赋权方式,通过组合主观与客观权重提高了指标赋权的客观性;基于组合赋权方式建立了以优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)进行排序、秩和比法(RSR)辅助分档的注浆效果综合评价模型;将评价结果转换为可视化分区图,与工程实际评价结果及注浆后检测工序结果进行对比,结果显示该模型具有较高的准确性与合理性。

     

    Abstract: The evaluation of grouting effect is one of the crucial links in grouting water control project. As grouting technology matures, traditional methods of evaluating grouting effects are more subjective and fewer objective, which leads to the drawback that the evaluation results deviate from reality. Taking the grouting project of 8901 working face in Baizhuang Coal Mine of Shandong Province as the background, combining existing research and field experience, the grouting final pressure, permeability coefficient, water absorption rate and the number of dry material per ton of water are selected as the evaluation indexes, and the comprehensive evaluation system of grouting effect is established. Based on the comprehensive evaluation theory, a comprehensive subjective and objective weighting method is proposed, which based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) combined with CRITIC objective weighting method. And the objectivity ofpf indicator assignment is improved by combining subjective and objective weights. Based on the combination weighting method, a comprehensive evaluation model of grouting effect is established, which is sorted by technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) and assisted by rank sum ratio (RSR). The evaluation results are converted into visual partition maps and compared with the actual evaluation results of field engineering and the results of the testing process after grouting, and the results show that the model has superior accuracy and rationality.
