Abstract：In order to solve the problems of orientation, transportation, and road support during the removal of hydraulic supports at large-inclined working faces, and to seek a safer and more efficient construction method, the No.32111 working face of Hanzui Coal Industry was used as the background to optimize the traditional construction process. Research was carried out at different levels, and a new set of withdrawal process of "flexible mesh + mechanical arm + track-oriented transport + winch relay traction" was proposed. The results show that the new process ensures the stability of the roof during the retreat and effectively manages various hidden safety hazards caused by the collapse of the side roof of the gob after the retreat of the bracket, and provides sufficient safety space for the detachment of the bracket. The process of operating the arm out of the rack and lowering the shelf does not require the construction of multiple units during the process of out of the rack and the steering process, ensuring a safe distance for the operator; the multi-slope and long-distance continuous transportation of the entire frame is achieved. Guided transportation on the track has made the bracket removal work efficiency reach the ideal 4 racks per day, and the safe and efficient removal of the large hydraulic support of the working face is completed. The new process can provide reference for the removal operation of complex geological conditions with large dip angles.
